(1) Prior to the implementation of such policy, program or project as may be specified by the Government of Nepal by a notification in the Nepal Gazette, the strategic environmental analysis shall be carried out in relation to such a policy, program or project.
(2) Other provisions relating to the strategic environmental analysis shall be as prescribed.
